My Dream

From sun up to sun down I´m busy these days with Aaron. We´re just getting started on growing our family, still trying to sort out who does what and trying to adjust to additional work, less sleep. Some days are better than others.

What doesn´t change is God. He is the One who formed us, who knows us, who drew the two of us together, who keeps us together, who blessed us with a new life, who empowers us when we just cannot go another minute. Grace upon grace. His mercies are new every morning.

As we keep living life and walking by faith, I hope to create an atmosphere that overflows with joy and blessing. I long to have a family that enjoys each other. I want to have a home where people love to join in with us in living life one day at a time.

This video by Sara Groves is a fun look at a normal day in the life of an American family. As unglamorous as this day may seem, it´s the spirit with which they live that makes this life so attractive.
