The Avis
One of the big reasons we try to get back at least once a year is to spend time with the grandparents. In Catalunya, the word for grandparents is "avis" (pronounced "ah-bees.")
So, Avi D.B. and Iaia (pronounced Yaya) Nama are happy to oblige, spoiling all three of us, especially Aaron, with treats, gifts, extra time and attention.
They are special. We are blessed.
