Irritating Family Members
Yep! I have been one of those.
After a hernia operation with a month-long recovery, moving to a new city, a transatlantic flight with an infant and jet lag (not to mention 9 months of sleep deprivation), I was cranky and irritable during our family vacation at the beach this summer. I'm hoping my family will be forgiving and that I'll to learn how to roll with the punches more next time.
At any rate, I hear that these symptoms are normal signs of stress. Even Snoopy shows signs of stress every now and then. Enjoy!
