Greatest Asset

I just watched a video from Microsoft about the importance of valuing people. Of course, what they want is for us to buy their products, but the point they make is soooo true! As we lead, we must empower the people we are leading so that they can do their job or their role well. It does them no good to ask them, or even worse, tell them to do something when we don't equip them, support them, open doors for them to do it. Check it out!
